We also appreciate what it takes to build a successful business and are mindful of the emotional transition required to sell it. Clover Creek Partners is respectful of the culture of a business and the trust required by an owner in the process of selling a company, and therefore we are honest and candid about valuations and expected outcomes, upfront and early in the process. Transparency, sincere dialogue and measured urgency are all part of our process. And finally, we don't view the sale of a business as a final act between Clover Creek Partners and the seller. We seek opportunities to create long-range partnerships with sellers as valued stakeholders in the continuation of the businesses they worked so hard to build and develop.
