Broad Experience and
a Track Record of Success

The principal founder of Clover Creek Partners, Randall M. Perry, developed extensive and successful global senior management experience during his career with Everett Smith Group (ESG), a privately held investment company with operating businesses in automotive leather, metal fabrication, rubber and thermoplastic molding, and electronic assemblies. This included over 15 years of experience in corporate line management, during which Perry held numerous company roles.

Perry served as president and CEO of Dickten Masch Plastics, ESG's $50 million thermoplastic and thermoset custom molder. In this position he led the acquisition and integration of three Midwest companies into a well-diversified "Top 100" molder with significant engineering and process capability.

As vice president and COO of Everett Smith Group, Perry was responsible for the capital planning and operational performance of its five manufacturing subsidiaries. During Perry's tenure in this role, ESG's sales increased by 15% and profitability increased by 265%.

Perry also served as president and COO for Albert Trostel & Sons Company, a $600 million global and diversified manufacturer with three subsidiaries supporting the automotive leather, rubber molding and injection molded thermoplastic markets in the United States, Europe, South Africa, South America, Mexico, China and Japan.

Prior to this he held the position of vice president of Planning and Corporate Development at Eagle Ottawa, an ESG subsidiary and the world's largest supplier of automotive leather with annual revenue in excess of $500 million and plants in eight countries.

Before joining Eagle Ottawa, Perry held various sales and general management roles at Trostel SEG, ESG's urethane and thermoplastic division serving the automotive, appliance, lawn and garden, industrial truck and hand tool markets.

Prior to coming to the Everett Smith Group, Perry spent several years with The Bank of New York as an officer in the bank's commercial lending group.

Perry received a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Rollins College and continued his education through the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University.

Perry has served on the board of directors for numerous companies. Current or previous directorships include: OEM Worldwide, Trostel LTD, Trostel SEG, Albert Trostel & Sons Company, Eagle Ottawa LLC, Maysteel LLC, YPO Wisconsin and Everett Smith Group. He also was actively involved with his community as an elected trustee of the Village of River Hills and is a member of the board of directors and the executive committee of Columbia St. Mary's Hospital and Chairman of the Coumbia St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
