Cross Creek Partners, LLC was formed to acquire small manufacturing companies in the upper Midwest. Our objective is to invest in companies, develop their businesses and to grow shareholder value though well managed organizations dedicated to producing superior products and services. The firm’s two founding partners are former CEO’s with both domestic and international experience and successful track records in growing businesses, making acquisitions and managing companies through economic cycles. They bring practical processes from governance to lean manufacturing that have been developed and proven successful over a combined 50 years of operational experience.

Cross Creek Partners has meaning beyond just the name. The words Cross Creek are symbolic of a transition. We recognize that most transitions are not easy.  Many have pitfalls and unforeseen challenges. But the other word in our firm’s name is Partners, and we live that in every aspect of our dealings with company sellers, our investors, associates, and other stakeholders. To us, the word partner is grounded in solid Midwestern values and based on openness and integrity in all we do.
